Contact
Email is the fastest way to reach a person. Use it for app issues, feedback, and privacy or deletion requests.
Please include your device model, iOS or watchOS version, and what you were doing when something went wrong. Typical reply time is within a few business days.
Purchases
- The Subterranean Pass (monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions) and the Lifetime Pass (one-time non-consumable) are sold through Apple In-App Purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Manage, turn off auto-renew, or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings (on iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions).
- In Mantle, use Restore Previous Purchases on the Subterranean Pass paywall if a device lost its entitlement (for example after reinstalling or switching iPhones).
- Mantle does not revoke a purchase itself. If Apple refunds or revokes a purchase, the features it unlocked stop. Refunds, if any, are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms.
Health & iCloud
- Apple Health is optional. Turn Save to Apple Health on in the Rig (Settings). Change or revoke Mantle’s access anytime in Apple’s Health privacy settings (the exact menu depends on your iOS version).
- iCloud sync is on by default when your iPhone is signed in to iCloud. It uses your private CloudKit database so Mantle app records can move across your devices. You can turn it off in the Rig (Settings).
Delete your data
Mantle has no account and no developer-operated cloud of your workouts. To remove data:
- Delete the app to remove on-device storage on that device. Copies in existing device backups remain until those backups are deleted or replaced.
- Turn off iCloud sync in the Rig to stop future syncing. Turning it off does not delete copies already in iCloud, and Mantle has no button that deletes them. Where Apple lists Mantle in your iCloud storage settings, you can delete its iCloud data there.
- Delete Health workouts in the Health app if you previously enabled Save to Apple Health.
- Email mantleapp@icloud.com if you need help with a deletion request. Because we do not host your training data on our servers, most deletion is done with the device, Health, iCloud, and App Store controls above.
