Terms of Service
1. The app
Mantle is a bodyweight fitness app for iPhone and Apple Watch. Features may include built-in dig sites, optional paid dig sites and Claims, Endless Dig, relics, trophies, HealthKit logging, and iCloud sync across your devices.
2. Not medical advice
Mantle provides training structure and sourced progression tables for fitness education and motivation. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing exercise, especially if you have an injury or condition. You use Mantle at your own risk.
3. License
Subject to these terms and Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Mantle on devices you own or control. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or misuse the app except as allowed by law.
4. Free and paid features
Some dig sites and features are free. The Subterranean Pass unlocks additional dig sites, dig sites you build yourself (Claims), Endless Dig, and related catalogue content as described in the app.
- Monthly and Annual auto-renewable subscriptions, billed by Apple.
- Lifetime non-consumable purchase, billed by Apple.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Any unused free trial portion (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription where Apple’s rules say so.
Successful purchases are not revoked by us: nothing sold is taken back.
5. Your content and sync
Custom dig sites and names you enter are your responsibility. Optional iCloud sync stores that content in your private CloudKit database under your Apple ID.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Mantle to break the law, harass others, or attempt to cheat App Store or StoreKit systems.
7. Disclaimer
Mantle is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for injury arising from exercise you perform. Our total liability for any claim relating to Mantle is limited to the amount you paid us for Mantle in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if you only used free features).
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

11. Apple’s role
You acknowledge that Apple is not responsible for Mantle or these terms. Apple’s EULA and App Store terms also apply. In-app purchases are subject to Apple’s payment terms.
